We are acquiring successful food manufacturing and distribution enterprises to add to our family of vertically integrated players in the food business, to create synergies between our various portfolio companies and to use technology and our network and expertise in the food sector to improve revenues and EBITDA of our companies.

Our distribution companies are constantly on the lookout for best of the best new creators and brands, products and food ingredients, spices and sauces to deliver to our consumers and to sell to our retail and wholesale customers, to the restaurant depots and to our own commissary and ghost kitchens, our incubator members and and to our manufacturers.

We seek companies in the lower middle market range but are open to partnering with winners at all levels of the food chain.

We will also actively seek to assist local individuals and families to realize their dreams of opening a food business - by eliminating many of the obstacles and hurdles typically required to start one. While minimizing these obstacles. Our group will not only handle the many complex and expensive health department, food ordering and prep issues, real estate, marketing, equipment leasing or purchase, product development, sales, customer relationship management and facility maintenance, staffing, distribution and other issues that often overwhelm independent food manufacturers and distributors.
